Our chefs are busy ensuring the highest quality to delight your taste buds. Open Sunday, Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 6:30pm - 9:00pm. Dress code after 6:30 pm is elegantly casual, No sleeveless shirts, shorts or hats are allowed in the dining room or bar area.

Poolside Dining (ON SITE) - Buffet

Why not dine in the open air next to our pool? Our Poolside Dining option offers themed buffets every Monday, Thursday and Saturday with live seasonal entertainment and is open for afternoon tea and dinner!

La Salsa Restaurant & Bar (ON SITE) - Local and International

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in a delightful setting at the hotel's main restaurant. Capture the flavours of Barbadian and International Cuisine while enjoying the breathtaking views of our gardens, pool and the ocean. Restaurant Times are Breakfast: 7:00 am - 10:00 am, Lunch: 12 noon - 2:00 pm, Dinner :6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Bar Opening Times are 10:00 am - 11:00 p.m. Dress code after 6:30 pm is elegantly casual, No sleeveless shirts, shorts or hats are allowed in the dining room or bar area. Dinner reservations are required. Room Service is available for all menus.

While visiting our island of Barbados, we want you to do as little or as much as you desire. We offer a number of organized events every week for you to enjoy and we can also book tours for you around the island. It's our pleasure to help you get the most out of your vacation. Our in-house entertainment and activities schedule changes to suit the needs and seasons of the hotel. On arrival, you will receive an updated copy, or be briefed during your check-in procedure. Activities include gully walk tours, cooking demonstrations, rum tastings, Oistins excursions and much more.
