Family run, 3 buildings with studios and one bedrooms self-catering apartments. Suitable for couples, families, sport groups, writers. Informal atmosphere, Personalized service. Studios are housed in a plantation style building. Each apartment opens onto the verandah for dining, reading, sun lounging, watching birds and chilling. Lush tropical gardens of fruit trees, tropical shrubs, flowers and plants. The one bedrooms are housed in a two storey building, where you get a peek at the ocean, a balcony to sun, read, dine and relax to watch the sun rise and sun set. The Bungalows are also one bedroom units, with a large walk out patio to dine, read, and relax. There is an open air restaurant and bar on the premises where we offer, breakfast and dinner. All meals are home cooked with fresh herbs and vegetables. We offer vegetarian, Caribbean and Indian dishes. All units enjoy good Wi-Fi as we have many access points. Each has an electronic safe for a fee of US$2.00 per day, maid service is provided. We are quarantine approved.

In the Parish of Saint James on the West Coast; 3.5 km to Holetown, 6 km to Bridgetown[the Capital] 90 meters walk to private access beach, 100 meters walk to bus stop, walk to restaurants and bars.

Mask must be worn when walking about on the property. Guests in quarantine must wear a mask at all times, except when dining on their outside patio. Guest in quarantine are not allowed visitors, to go to the gates or leave the property. Shopping can be done online and groceries delivered. Food can be ordered on line for delivery to your unit without contact to the delivery service. All units are cleaned and sanitized by trained housekeepers. No maid service is provided for guest in quarantine. Rooms are cleaned the next day after guests in quarantine have departed. All cleaning and safety protocols are followed by all staff on the premises.

They are told where to find the beach{s], shopping center, supermarket, entertainment, transportation, restaurants and about their unit and surroundings. About tours and attractions and car rentals. Quarantine guest are told about testing.
