How to Redeem Cashback

Once your booking is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your digital wallet.
Simply click through to the BookBarbados Trip Planner to access your wallet. You will be able to view offers for all participating partners.
See something you're interested in? Claim the cashback offer and it will be shown in your wallet.
IMPORTANT!! Follow the instructions on your approval letter to add the BookBarbados Trip Planner App to your phone so that your wallet is always in your pocket. You will need this to redeem your voucher with each partner.
Make your booking directly with our partner, letting them know that you have a World of Difference Cashback voucher.
Our partner will scan your QR code to redeem your cashback and apply a credit to your bill instantly.

How to Redeem Credit

Once your booking is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your digital wallet. (If this is the first time we are contacting you, please keep an eye on your spam folder. First time users will also receive an email with log in details for the BookBarbados Trip Planner)
Open your confirmation email and click the Access Your Wallet Now link. This will take you directly into your wallet to be able to view all offers. If you have used our digital wallet before, you will be taken to a log in page to enter your existing credentials.
See an offer you're interested in, simply Claim it! Every offer claimed reduces your digital credit balance which you can track in your wallet.
Change your mind about an offer? That's no problem. Simply remove it from your wallet and claim a different offer.
When making your activity booking or visiting a partner, let them know that you will be using Feels Like Summer Digital Credit. Connect to the Wi-Fi, open your offer and scan the partner's QR code to redeem.
If you are travelling with others, each person may redeem their own offer to apply to the same bill.
There are no refunds or cash equivalents if your entire credit is not used on redemption.
You may use the BookBarbados Trip Planner from the web, or you may add it to your home screen for easy access
Each wallet expires at 11:59pm on your date of departure.
