Short Description

Fall asleep to the meditation of the Atlantic waves rolling into the bay. Wake up to the energizing sunrise, step onto your balcony and breathe in the fresh sea spray. Walk across the carpet grass in the garden full of coconut palms and sea grapes and enjoy our home made breakfast and fresh coffee in our open air Cafe. Our 25 eco-conscious apartments are lodged in Woman’s Bay in Inch Marlow, directly overlooking the world famous Surfer’s Point which is ranked as one of the best places to learn to surf. The apartments are mostly studios but we also have one to three bedroom for families or groups. All apartments are simply furnished with AC, free WIFI, full kitchen and queen size beds. The ocean side apartments have amazing views of the shoreline and the garden view have partial ocean view.

Surf Experience
Barbados is a surfer’s paradise, because we are a coral island far out in the Atlantic the waves coming across the ocean hits our coral reefs and create some of the best surf waves in the Caribbean. The south east where we are doesn’t have the big waves but there is always a small wav in the Bays and Points around here, such as Surfer’s Point, South Point and Freight’s Bay. Going along the south coast, up north and to the east coast you have Brandons, Batt’s Rock, Sandy lane, Tropicana, Maycock’s, Duppy’s and the best at Bathesheba –Soup Bowl and Parlour. It’s almost always possible to surf every day in Barbados. There a many surf schools on island and right next door to us is Zed’s Surfing Adventure who we work with. We also work with other surf schools both local & foreign such as Melanie’s, Barry, Liquid Blue, Errant etc., for more personal or individual surf classes we recommend Alan Burke.
Coco Hill Forest
Our sister company Coco Hill is located in the hilly Scotland District of Barbados. This beautiful rainforest is home to birds, fresh water springs, tree ferns, bamboo groves, majestic Royal Palms and many fruit trees, spices and herbs. The highest point on the forest is at 1085 feet and overlooks the rugged East Coast with amazing panoramic views. We practice farm to table by growing our fruits, herbs and spices in the forest. Our agriculture is based on elements of organic farming, permaculture and vertical farming. Our aim is to try and grow as much of our own food as possible without disturbing the forest. Another objective is to become a bio-repository of tropical fruit trees, we therefore collect seeds, fruit trees and replant them here in the forest.

We would like our guest to indulge in a bit of health and wellness and therefore we offer yoga sessions in the Yoga Pavilion and Ayurvedic massages in the Spa. This lovely open Yoga Pavilion is designed to make you at one with the elements of water, wind and the earth. For those who don’t practice yoga it’s the perfect place to enjoy the relaxed and chilled atmosphere of Ocean Spray. The Spa is an indoor treatment room where guest can take advantage of our Ayurvedic massage and treatment programs. If you are planning a holiday in Barbados treat yourself to a Spa & Yoga Package at Ocean Spray. The classes are open to hotelguests, island visitors and the local community and led by certified yoga teachers from different yoga practices such as Hatha and Vinyasa. The studio is also open to yoga teachers from around the world that wish to organize wellness, yoga or meditation retreats in the Caribbean.
